SIA in HELL: Why Sia's "Music" is not good Autistic representation

Not so long ago, performance artist, singer and songwriter Sia anounced she would release a movie called "Music", about a nonspeaking Autistic girl with the same name as the movie. And who do you think got the main role? MADDIE ZIEGLER, WHO IS THE STAR OF EVERY OF SIA'S MUSIC VIDEOS, AND IS NEUROTYPICAL TO THE MAX.

Many Autistic people criticized the choice. Sia gave these answers:

"Maybe you're just a bad actor"

"Grr fuckity fuck why don't you see the movie?"

"Bullshit. You weren't there and of course you haven't seen the movie".

Anne Hathaway apologized for her "The Witches" Character's limb difference. Sia, on the other hand, seems to not be interested in "Impact vs Intent", which is sad knowinbg she has Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome, really common in Autistic people.

This really immature answers aren't all that's wrong with SIA. Maddie herself said she is unomfortable with the role, however, Sia said that putting someone "as functioning (yes, she used functioning labels, which we've already discussed) as Music"  would be "cruel and unkind".  Then she said she genuinely wanted to search Autistic people for the role, but the one artist she hired "found the set unpleasant and stressful".

People like Chloe Hayden, AKA Princess Aspien, Cassandra Crossman from In The Loop About Neurodiversity (who was nonspeaking until age 6) and many more said Sia should have acommodated an Autistic actress. But Sia stays the same...

Maddie is now 18 years old. If she has legal problems, she should be able to answer for herself, but she surely won't be supported by Sia, her family, and Hollywood in general.

Some people say Autistics lack empathy. This is a lie i will later discuss. For now, i may say... I am worried about Maddie. Her best friend, Millie Bobby Brown  (yes, Eleven from Stranger Things) is Partially Deaf (seriously, Google it) , since, she is Disabled, so is Sia... Maddie, as an abled, is forced to take part in events against Disabled people... she, just like us, has been deprived from doing her own advocacy.

In the  trailer, Music only says two phrases: "I am happy" and "I am sad". THIS IS INSULTING TO THE AUTISTIC COMMUNITY, BECAUSE NON-SPEAKERS CAN AND WILL SAY A MUCH BIGGER ARRAY OF STUFF.

And well, where does Sia get her information about Autism? Oh, wait... (drumming) AUTISM SPEAKS. YES, THE HATE GROUP I'VE ALREADY TALKED ABOUT. SERIOUSLY. AUTISTIC PEOPLE TOLD HER OFF, AND, EVEN WHEN SHE SHARES A LOT OF CONTENT FROM THEIR PAGE, SHE SAID SHE DIDN'T KNOW A$ WAS "SUCH A POLARIZING GROUP".

Yikey yikey yikes.

They consulted an Autistic writer to create Entrapta. Sia is ignoring Autistic voices.

SIA in hell, Sia. You didn't listen to us... Now, prepare to BURN, like Sea-Hawk's ships!!

15 Reasons to NOT support Autism $peaks.

Well... this post is important… I know it will be highly polemical… But it's necessary. And now that i've got the spoons (we'll talk about it later) to tell it, i will. Unfrtunately for the big mayority of the Autistic Community, Autism $peaks is the greatest Autism Charity in the USA. MOST OF US HATE THIS "CHARITY". And here are a few reasons you should NEVER support them. 1. They show Autistic kids as burdens to their families, as "ghosts" and other REALLY STIGMATIZING analogies. No kid deserves that kind of rethoric (they have even described us as monsters). Even non-vocalizing or COMORBIDLY intellectually disabled Autistics are people and JUST BECAUSE OF THAT deserve as much respect as EVERYONE ELSE. 2. They use functioning labels. Simply, FUNCTIONING LABELS DON'T WORK. Due to them, "low functioning" individuals (commonly those who are non-vocalizing or depend on someone due to COMORBITIES)  are pitied, while "high-functionin
