Más problemas con el locuocentrismo

Hay Autistas que se agreden... Las mamás, desesperadas, los meten a terapias abusivas (ya hablé de k experiencia con la infame ABA) y esto es contraproducente.

La verdad es que estas personas tienen la necesidad de comunicarse, como todo ser humano. Tal vez no puedan con el habla, pero, como ya dije, los sistemas CAA los pueden ayudar bastante. Por esto, creo que hay que entender que, una vez más: HABLAR NO ES LA ÚNICA MANERA DE COMUNICARSE.

¿Por qué, entonces, se presenta el habla como única opción? POR EL ORALISMO, TAMBIÉN YO LO LLAMO LOCUOCENTRISMO. Simplemente, se cae en la "falacia de la mayoría" "La mayoría habla, así que esto es lo único aceptable". Sin embargo, no. Nuestros ancestros prehistóricos hacían ruidos solamente, lo mismo los primates de hoy en día (a excepción de algunos entrenados en Lengua De Señas) y los varios niños que, como el mítico Tarzán, fueron criados por animales (De veras, existen, te invito a descubrir sus historias)... Incluso en el Cirque du Soleil se habla un dialecto llamado Cirquish, que se inventó para estos espectáculos... y se considera arte. 

¿Qué es el arte? Pues bien, según Cambridge, es cualquier actividad con la que expresemos ideas bellas... Supongo, que entonces, cualquier cosa que tu hijo pudiera comunicar, ¡Podría ser arte!

Ya hablé de presumir la competencia. Creo que eso es lo que falta para que la gente crea que las cosas que CUALQUIER PERSONA comunica son arte. Porque si, toda persona tiene un mensaje para el mundo, en algún código que tal vez no hemos descubierto.

Pero si, creo que, EN ESTOS MOMENTOS, DEBEMOS DE GRITAR, DEBEMOS DE COMUNICAR TODO LO QUE NUESTRO CORAZÓN SIENTA... DE ESO VA A DEPENDER EL FUTURO DE LA HUMANIDAD... DE LA REBELDÍA DEL CORAZÓN JOVEN. Y DE LA UNIÓN QUE NUESTROS MENSAJES CREARÁN.

PIENSO QUE INCLUSO CUANDO HAY DESTRUCCIÓN DE PARTE DE GENTE ENOJADA, COMUNICAN GRANDES HISTORIAS, DE GENTE REBELDE, QUE NO QUIERE RENDIRSE: GUERRERXS CON UN MENSAJE HACIA LA GENTE PODEROSA. Y ESAS PERSONAS SON LAS QUE HACEN GRANDES CAMBIOS EN EL MUNDO.

QUIERO QUE EL MUNDO CAMBIE. ELIMINEMOS EL LOCUOCENTRISMO. Y SEAMOS REBELDES DEL CORAZÓN.

What's the Social Model Of Disability? (I'M NOT "DIFFERENTLY ABLED")

"Asking for basic rights isn't too much to ask" -Diane Guerrero This is gonna be one of the most controversial articles i have ever done. But i've gotta be brave enough to do it. Recently, the word "differently abled" is being introduced when talking about people who, becausse of X or Y, NEED ACOMMODATIONS. BUT I THINK IT'S AN EUPHEMISM, AND IT CAN BE EXPLAINED THRUGH THE SOCIAL MODEL OF DISABILITY. This model explains that IT'S SOCIETY WHO DISABLES US, EVEN MORE THAN OUR DIAGNOSES. Cosas que ME CAGAN de lxs doctorxs

 Literal, CADA VEZ CREO MENOS EN EL SISTEMA MÉDICO.  Honestamente hay muchas veces que hacen cosas cuestionables SIN SIQUIERA PENSARLO O SABERLO.  Me tratan como a una niña. Me interrumpen cuando quiero decir algo. Tratan de adivinar mis pensamientos y de hablar por las minorías a las que yo pertenezco y ELLOS NO. Incluso creen que debo respetar a mayorías intolerantes.  En una ocasión, yo le hablé a mi terapeuta de que me disgustaba que me hicieran ir a misa a pesar de ser pagana (pronto lo hablaré más a detalle). Ella me replicó:  "¿Si escuchaste lo de los dos sacerdotes jesuitas?" ¿Les digo la verdad? ME VALE MADRES. ME VALE MADRES QUE ASESINEN A DOS, Y SOLO DOS, MIEMBROS DE UNA RELIGIÓN QUE MASACRÓ A LA MÍA. En serio, que se jodan... Uno cosecha lo que siembra.
