Por 13 Razones... La Depresión no es una broma

No. No hablaré de la serie.

Hablaré de no ser mezquinx con la gente deprimida, y lo que no sabías de la depresión.

Hablando de esto, Netflix debería hacer un spin-off de "Sex Education" llamado "Brain Education", sobre la Salud Mental y la Neurodiversidad. (los cortos de los de "Por 13 Razones", son una BASURA)

1.- Te agrava o te hace tener problemas gastrointestinales. Cada que estoy en meltdown (he hablado ya de eso), siento mis intestinos acelerarse. No es divertido.

2- Te causa pérdida de memoria. he perdido muchas cosas debido a esto.

3.- TE DA DOLOR FÍSICO. A VECES, NI PUEDO MOVERME.

4.- TE DA PESADILLAS HORRIBLES.

5.- TE DEJA EXHAUSTA AL HACER TAREA, YA QUE ES DIFÍCIL CONCENTRARTE.

6.- TE DA NAUSEA

7.- ESAS PASTILLAS SABEN A VÓMITO (LITERALMENTE)

8.-TE CAUSA UN DOLOROSO ECZEMA

9.- HACE QUE EL IR AL BAÑO DUELA.

10.- AFECTA TUS FUNCIONES EJECUTIVAS. QUIERES HACER TAREA... Y NO PUEDES.

11.-  TE DA ACNÉ Y CASPA. Y TE HACE SUDAR MUCHÍSIMO.

12.- TU VOLUNTAD SE DESVANECE. NI SIQUIERA PUEDES VER LOS VIDEOS DE TU YOUTUBER FAVORITX.  INCLUSO COMER ES DEMASIADO ESFUERZO.

13.-  TE HACE VULNERABLE A LAS CRÍTICAS. REPROBAR UN REPASO ES TERRIBLE EN ESTE MOMENTO.
